Reflow oven: to complete the soldering of solar powered printed circuit boards.
Laser cutting machine: to cut the sheet metal precisely and efficiently
Auto surface mounter: to paste the electrical elements to the PCB board
Auto glass-cutter: to cut the glass that used in solar powered light's casing into the required size of assembling according to the blueprint.
Injecting workshop: KMC factory possesses independent injection workshop in which three auto injection machines are placed. That makes it possible for Kaiming to process plastic elements.
Milling machine: to complete the process of metal mold.
Spark tester: to complete the punching process on metal mold.

In order to guarantee a high level of performance for our products, Kaiming established a testing lab which can stimulate rain and other weather situations and perform drop tests and luminance measurements on the products. These tests ensure our LED lights meet our high degree of quality standards.
